Experience & Philosophy
I qualified as a level 3 Personal Trainer in March 2023 but have always had enthusiasm for fitness. Exercise has taken different forms for me from 100m sprints in school, training in the gym and my new found loves; running outdoor 5ks & field hockey!
I struggled with my body image in school and got labelled as 'skinny', so I started going to the gym to change what I looked like. In the end I found the gym wasn't just about external factors, but how much better it made me feel. I put the work into becoming a better happier version of myself, and had the bonus of becoming more body confident and stronger in the end.
My ultimate goal is to build your confidence in the gym while increasing your physical abilities. Overall giving you all the knowledge and understanding to enable you to achieve your goals!
