How long will it take for me to see results?
Progress is not completely linear, it does not always follow an expected order or sequence. Due to many factors your journey may be faster or slower than others, that is because we are each completely different with individualistic goals. This could be positives or negatives, your fitness level, unforeseen circumstances, illness, how much work you are putting in, the extremity of the goal you want to reach etc, each will affect how long it will take to reach your goal.
